You have the right that all data we hold about you be removed from our system, this is most commonly known as the ‘Right to be forgotten’. If a lawful reason presents itself you will be told by us why we have refused your request and if necessary your data may be passed on to other agencies (i.e. Police or UK Courts) to process.

We will not sell, distribute or lease your personal information to third parties unless we have your permission or are required by law to do so.

If you believe that any information we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, please email us as soon as possible, at the above, previously mentioned email address. We will promptly correct any information found to be incorrect.
