How are you able to offer Outside IR35 contracts?
How do you differ from a recruitment agency?
As the determining organisation, RC Fornax perform a status determination against each role we offer and this is underwritten by a a specialist IR35 insurance policy. We ensure our contracts and working practices are aligned to outside IR35 ways of working as defined by HMRC.
RC Fornax are not an intermediary and we don't simply supply labour. We work with our customers to define the scope of work, deliverables and working practices which are formally documented within a Statement of Work. We're wholly responsible for the execution of each work package and provide management and reporting amongst other services.
Why does it matter that you're an SME?
As an SME, the old ways of working with respect to IR35 come back into play. This means contractors are themselves responsible for making a decision on whether they operate inside or outside IR35. That said, RC Fornax still perform status determinations and ensure our working practices are compliant with HMRC outside IR35 guidance to future proof everything we do.
